Fittings for high-pressure hoses are an integral part of the hydraulic system. They are installed at the ends of all flexible pipelines for connection, branching and turning.
Fitting of the German standard DKOL (lightweight series), DKOS (reinforced series) - fittings, the ends of which are provided with a metric thread of 12-50 millimeters. Moreover, the fitting can be completed with a cap nut or supplied as a fitting with an external thread. The diameter of the attached hoses is from 6 to 50 millimeters. The end of the fitting can be both straight and 90 or 45-degree.
Fitting DK, DKI: Russian standard. Designed for hoses with a diameter of 8 to 32 millimeters, and equipped with a thread of 16-52 millimeters.
JIC and BSP fittings are fittings for the assembly of high—pressure hoses in systems with pipe threads. At their ends, not metric, but pipe threads with dimensions from 7/16 to 2 ½ inches are cut. These are fittings manufactured in the USA and the UK.
ORFS – fittings with a cap nut or threaded fitting, designed for installation with sealing gaskets. Such a fitting can only be straight. The thread diameter is from 12 to 52 millimeters. The diameter of the hoses is 6-50 millimeters. The production of ORFS type RVD fittings is carried out according to US standards.
SF-L fitting (American standard, lightweight series), SF-S (reinforced series) is a plug-type fitting mounted on a sealing (crimp) ring and a special lock. The type of fitting is straight.
